We stayed for two nights in this super clean Motel! I see people have complained of it being outdated, I could care less as long as it’s clean. I’m not looking for a luxurious place to stay in Rumford maine,I’m there to do my thing. I was in room #2 And the room had everything we needed. We had two double beds,a fridge and microwave. The Wi-Fi worked pretty good. The owners are absolutely sweet people. I would absolutely stay here again, The price is right!!
A Wonderful experience with Jean & Peter at the Blue Iris. Been staying with them for years for fun and business. Very nice rooms, pretty view of the river passing by, and the pool is very nice too!!
Great little spot! Stayed here for one night with friends. Yes the rooms aren’t the fancy updated ones but that’s what gives this place it’s charm! Super clean might I add! The back view of the river is a nice plus! Will definitely be back!
This place is a gem! Room was exactly what I was looking for. 2 beds a good bathroom, and a kitchenette. Cleaning was everyday. Jean was more than kind. I really can't say enough about this place. I will be back! Thank you for an enjoyable and memorable trip!
Rooms were private, Clean, Warm and Cozy! loved the misty view out are back sliding glass door in the morning. Jean was fantastic very friendly!

Booked very last minute, was not planning on needing a hotel room. The owner was beyond accommodating, room was very clean and welcoming. Beautiful property as well and close enough to stores but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing! Will Def be back!
